How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot Password?". Enter your email, verify with the OTP sent to your inbox, then set a new password (minimum 8 characters).
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security. Our API uses cryptographic verification, rate limiting, and multiple protection layers. We never store your password. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Open Menu → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Menu → "Export Data". A styled PDF report will be generated with your summary stats, category breakdown, and full transaction list. You can share it via any app on your device.
Who is Medha?
Medha is your AI financial assistant built into Spendwisee. She can analyze your spending patterns, suggest budgets, answer financial questions, and even add expenses via natural language (e.g., "spent 500 on groceries").
Does Spendwisee connect to my bank?
No. Spendwisee is a manual expense tracker. You enter expenses yourself (or ask Medha to add them). We never access your bank accounts, read SMS, or track your location.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is synced securely to the cloud. Simply sign in on your new device and all your expenses, budgets, and settings will be restored automatically.
Is Spendwisee free?
Spendwisee is free to download and use. All core features — expense tracking, budgets, charts, export, and Medha AI — are included at no cost.
